Are you able to concentrate your efforts on one thing at a time and remove or ignore all distractions around you? Our focus and concentration can become fragmented and ever-more finite when we constantly respond to the Pavlovian-like sounds and flashes of our screens and devices when we are supposed to be working or learning.
The good news is we can develop our focus and concentration like a muscle. We can try turning our phone off, and all other alerts and distractions when we sit down to do the job at hand, then we will allow ourselves the opportunity to step into a deep ‘flow state’ which can be greatly rewarding. 💫
