What's your reference photo? There are some things I like to point out:
-The hair could use more blending.
-Pertaining to the hair, draw a couple of lines along the highlights, so they won't resemble big, white spots.
-The eyes and lips look inhumanely big, like a doll's.
-Only draw the nose's wings, shade the top of it.
Overall, the anatomy's looks pretty good and accurate, just correct the size of the features and the hair. Good day to you. :)
