There is so much speculation about the spark that brought this universe into being. The fractal universe's first second must have looked something like the picture I post today; fragmented and sharded, folding upon itself in an endless ballet of infinite detail!

Perhaps at the very same moment the physical universe came into existence, otherworldly beings were also created. Or, even more weird, the ancient beings dreamed the world into existence, as Lovecraft suggested in some of his texts. Whatever the case, it is an endless source of inspiration for art of every medium! :)
