You dare to do something you detest?
Many times, creating is something pleasant, something that is born and that we enjoy. Always doing what we like is a rich experience. But what happens if you have to do something that you do not like, that scares you, disgusts you or phobias you?
A few days ago a friend invited me to illustrate a poem that he dedicated to the cockroach. This insect, at least in my country, is culturally unacceptable, many people seeing them scream, flee. Especially if they start flying.
But this time I took courage and began to see photos to have the reference of this creature. And just to start seeing those images was quite unpleasant.
I invite you to leave a bit of the comfort zone, look for an experience that takes them out of your comfort, it is very difficult, it is like challenging yourself without being given anything in return, it is simply a personal challenge. Where neither win nor lose, although I could say that you win on a personal level, it is not money, or prestige, it is a little more of value, of confidence in yourself.
