I’m obsessed with these bite-sized explosions of flavor. Shumai, Har gow, and Xialongbao are usually my favorites - I mean soup inside of a dumpling 🤤. I crave them throughout the year, but usually love them the most when it’s slightly chilly or overcast. They hug me from the inside 🤤🥟🤣
