"Ithaqa" Comic Book Update #206 The Lettering Begins Anew!
Lucas is back (http://bit.ly/LG_Lettering) and now our final stage of production can begin! This has been a long crypto journey we've had together, and I'm excited to see this next milestone reached! After we deliver the digital comic to you all, my plan is to do a small kickstarter campaign to fund a physical print run of the comic. Providing that is successful, we'll probably come back to steemit to raise funds for the new issue 2 pages, and so on and so forth.
In the meantime, if anybody knows a good print shop for making comicbook floppies, please let me know in the comments!

In terms of printing, I've delayed so far but I'll be ordering the full sample pack from https://www.printninja.com/ soon to check them out a bit more in terms of a full offset print run. For smaller on demand runs, one of the names that came up when I was talking with creators at some conventions last year was https://grekoprinting-comixwellspring.com/ and the books of theirs that I bought are good quality. I'm having the hardest time finding more of my "convention pile" from last year, but I'm pretty sure I had a couple other names in there too. When they turn up I'll throw out more suggestions if applicable!

Another on demand short run shop that's been around a long time is http://ka-blam.com/main/. I just dug out a comic I picked up that they were the printer on (You'd probably enjoy it... "Gentleman Cthulhu: Emeritus Moribus Monstrum") and again, very solid print quality.
I'm gunning to launch "I Thought It Would Be Zombies..." at the Baltimore Convention this October and working on getting that set up over the next few weeks to give myself a hard deadline. I'm going to pick @blewitt's brain for some ideas. If you think you might want to attend as well, let me know! Perhaps we could set up a little Steem creators block.

I don't think I could make it to PA unfortunately as money and time are a little tight on my end. Once we have the physical print run, I would be interested in hitting up con's, and potentially getting a steemit tour going!
I doubt I'll be ready in time, but there's going to be an Ithacacon this year, and damn I want to go..

Oh, I didn’t mean to drag you down to PA for a meetup... I was wondering if you think you’ll have printed product and want to exhibit at Baltimore in October. I’ll be booking at least one table for myself in the next couple weeks and am thinking about expanding that to 2 (or even 3!) if I think I can fill the space with Ithaqa, Copper Coins, Steem & Fundition education, and Blewitt shenanigans! Let me know if you’re interested!
