A person who can navigate two different universes from the Unlimited Access series

Today I will tell you about a character named Access. His real name is Axel Asher. The action began to take place on Marvel Earth 616. It all started when Axel, along with Batman and Spiderman, returned to New-York and realized that he had missed a date with his girlfriend Ming. Finding Ming, Asher apologizes to her and tells her that he is Access. Unfortunately, Ming doubted that the main character is Access. After some time, Axel notices that Mantis attacked the nearest school. Immediately after, Asher teleports Ming to a safe place while Spiderman tried to stop Mantis. After some time, the main character notices that the Juggernaut and Mantis have moved to another place in an unknown way, and Wonder-Woman does not remember that she once met with Axel. A few hours later, Asher collided with the Hulk. Due to problems with moving, the main character and Bruce accidentally moved to another universe.
Actions continued on DC Earth 0. After moving, a Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) appears in front of Axel and Banner. When Asher noticed the discarded newspaper, he realized that he was back in the past. After some time, Access moved the Hulk to Marvel Earth 616 to the American southwest. When the hippo jumped on the main character, he moved to the Old West. After moving, Axel met Johna Hex and Toddler with two guns. To save Hex, Asher tried to move, with him, to Marvel Earth 616, but lost Johna between the worlds, and also moved to the wrong Earth.
Actions continued on Marvel Earth 811. After the move, the Sentinels (811) attack Access. Fortunately, the Legion of Superheroes defended the protagonist from the Sentinels. After some time, the heroes are found by Wolverine (811), which leads the remaining heroes to the remaining X-Men (811). After some time, Brainiac 5 develops for the X-Men a field annihilating element that blocks the functions of inhibitors. The Legion is offering the X-Men their help, but the X-Men are retreating. Immediately after this, Axel sends all Legion, except Ferro, back to DC Earth 0. Unfortunately, Sentinel (811) attacks Ferro. Fortunately, thanks to Magneto (811), Colossus (811) and Logan (811), Asher moved Ferro to DC Earth 0, and he moved to Marvel Earth 616.
Activities continued on Marvel Earth 616 in Central Park. After moving, Access met Morty. After a short conversation, the protagonist realizes that Morty is Axel from the future. Immediately after that, Morty moves to an unknown place, and Asher moves to the Apocalypse.
Actions continued on the Apocalypse. When Darkside (0) invited Access to join him, but the Avengers intervene in the conversation (616). Immediately after this, the main character moved to the Apocalypse JLA (0), X-Men (616) and Young Heroes. A battle ensued, during which the heroes defeat Darkseid, but he escapes. After some time, Axel explained to the heroes that he could unite them and disconnect them. Then the heroes got an idea.
A few days later, operations continued on Asteroid M (616). Asher united the heroes, resulting in the X-League, which included:

After a short conversation, Axel learns that Juggernaut (616) and Mantis (616) have abducted Ming. After some time, Asher divided the Brotherhood of Evil Gods back into the villains of Marvel and DC. A few minutes later, Darkside went back to the Apocalypse, saying it was a draw. Right after that, Access moved all the heroes and villains to their Earth. Finding Ming, the main character explained to her that he should leave, but promised her that he would return.
