✨How I create my postcards✨

I know a few people who in my example began to create their own series of postcards. And there are those who want to start, but do not know why - this post is especially for you.

The first and most important thing is that you must develop a concept, a basic idea. I almost never draw works one by one; I choose an idea and reveal it in a whole series of works. It gives you the opportunity to reflect all your ideas, and the people - the opportunity to choose those arts that they like.

🔹Next, an important step in creating my postcards - the elaboration of the plot. Now find the picture and stick to it the inscription - everyone can. But make your own story - no. Make your postcard characters come to life and tell their story, and not just be bored on a piece of paper.

🔹The inscription. The most difficult thing is to find the plot to the inscription or the inscription to the plot. There is no single rule how to start work - with an inscription or image. To do this, I create my own mini-archive of labels and favorite phrases, so that at any time it is convenient to look in and select the right one.

🔹Next step - references, or source code in a different way. Artists are not robots, they cannot keep all the images in their heads. This does not mean that you should paint with pieces from other works or photos. Choose the source code that most correctly reflects the image from your head, and redo it to fit your idea. If necessary, I will reveal the topic of references to you in a separate post 😊

🔹Think details. Maybe someone for minimalism in the works, but for detailing and diversity!

🔹 Back side. Its design also depends on you. This is not necessarily just a line or a blank sheet with the author’s signature below. Everything will be as far as your imagination is enough! Have you seen the reverse side of my New Year cards? 😏

🔹The authorship. Do not forget to specify! I have a signature on the art itself, my name and a link to the blog on the back.

❗️The most important and basic: do not copy from the postcards of other artists. Take ideas, details and transform them into your own, but do not copy! Not so offended by the fact that you sketched someone's art. But when you make money and competition for the author himself, this is meanness and plagiarism, with consequences

✨Как я создаю свои открытки✨

Знаю несколько людей, которые по моему примеру стали создавать свои серии открыточек. А есть те, которые хотят начать, но не знают с чего – этот пост специально для вас.

🔹Первое и самое важное – вы должны разработать концепцию, основную идею. Я практически никогда не рисую работы по одной, я выбираю идею и раскрываю её в целой серии работ. Вам это дает возможность отразить все свои задумки, а людям - возможность выбрать те арты, которые им по душе.

🔹Следующий, немаловажный шаг в создании моих открыток - проработка сюжета. Сейчас найти картинку и приляпать к ней надпись - может каждый. А вот составить собственный сюжет - нет. Сделайте так, чтобы персонажи ваших открыток оживали и рассказывали свою историю, а не просто скучали на листе бумаги.

🔹Надпись. Самое трудное - найти сюжет к надписи или надпись к сюжету. Нет единого правила, как начинать работу - с надписи или изображения. Для этого я создаю свой мини-архив надписей и понравившихся фраз, чтобы в любой момент было удобно заглянуть и выбрать нужное.

🔹Следующий шаг - референсы, или по-другому исходники. Художники – не роботы, они не могут держать все образы у себя в голове. Это не означает, что вы должны рисовать кусками с других работ или фотографий. Подберите такой исходник, который наиболее правильно отражает картинку из вашей головы, и переделайте его под свою идею. Если понадобится, раскрою вам тему референсов отдельным постом 😊

🔹Продумайте детали. Может кто-то и за минимализм в работах, на я за детализацию и многообразие!

🔹Обратная сторона. Ее оформление также зависит от вас. Это не обязательно только строчки или пустой лист с подписью автора внизу. Все будет так, насколько хватит вашей фантазии! Видели обратную сторону моих новогодних открыток? 😏

🔹Авторство. Не забываем указывать! У меня это подпись на самом арте, мое имя и ссылка на блог на обратной стороне.

❗️Самое важное и основное: не срисовывайте с открыток других художников. Берите идеи, детали и преобразуйте их в свое, но не срисовывайте! Не так обиден факт того, что вы срисовали чей-то арт. Но когда вы делайте на этом деньги и конкуренцию самому автору - это подлость и плагиат, имеющие последствия.
