The fact that there are frauds among ICO projects is not a secret, and not all rogues end up behind bars. But the law enforcement agencies are still working, and this week in Russia, the founders of ICO Atlant were arrested.

The startup positioned itself as a blockchain platform for the real estate market, but, as the investigation established, the terminal demonstrated to potential investors was just a copy of the crypto-exchange Spacebtc that ceased to work last year. What is characteristic, and the former head of the exchange and the current chief organizer of ICO Atlant is the same person - Denis Donin.

At the moment he and several other project participants are in custody. Total of around 6.7 million dollars was collected by Atlant.
