The major rule is, if you don't own the content, it can't be posted. we only allow people to post content that they own all the rights to. And if you post a picture taken by your friend with his permission, that's fine. But You have to give credit him/her,also to post with full details that it is a picture taken by your friend. but you must be sure, that the picture you posted should not be anywhere else.
