Goats climbing Argan trees in Morocco! I always thought this was staged until saw ...

... it in front of me happening...last year on our way to Essaouira from Agadir.

I understand that the goats climb the argan trees to feed on the fruits and release nuts in their waste.

Then the farmers collect the nuts and proceed in the making of argan oil.

This process helps the farmers infact...they don't have to spend hours in the sun picking fruits from the argan trees...from the ground it is much easy and rapid.

I've also learned that i am quite lucky to have this filmed/photographed for free...

Yes my friend, really fascinating...from there we landed to where they were making the argan oil...the traditional way...amazing experience indeed.

Morocco is such a beautiful country rich in culture and food...great to visit.
