Do you know who did it and why? It looks happy.
That is Stevo Filipovic, a great fighter against fascism. He was hanged in center of Valjevo! His photo is also in the headquarters of the United Nations in New York (life-sized photo of his hanging with his arms raised). This statue is made in 1942.
Everyone should know him.
