๐oh really? we in Bavaria don't have Eisbein. But I have tried Eisbein many years before in Hannover.
love this combination with Schupfnudeln :)
Eisbein was never a favourite. When I stoped eating meat, I stopped eating Sauerkraut, also I liked it. I lacked ideas how to combine it.
try it this way :)! in a pan: olive oil and tofu, than the schnupfnudeln, some salt, Sauerkraut and if you have fresh parsley :)
Thanks for the tip will do as soon as I find glutenfree Schupfnudeln. I will watch out for them.
