... were the Avocados I took the other day from my sister in law, she had an Avocado tree at the backyard. Good thing when I was there they do harvesting and brought home a pieces. I am planning to make guacamole. Guacamole is a kind of salsa or sauce made from Avocado as the primary ingredients with lime,pepper,salt,garlic,olive oil, cumin. Its a mexican dish, you can use guacamole in your sandwiches instead of using mayonaise and for dipping vegetables or chips.
