There are two things in my life that I want to learn and I have not achieved consistency.
Yoga and meditation.

As I meditate, my mind begins to wander, it makes more noise than usual, I feel that I lack connection with something and it frustrates me not to understand if I am going well or badly.

The same thing happens with yoga. however I will include it in my goals because I recognize in others the benefits it provides.
