ICO THROWBACK 2018?

First let's take a look back to the year 2018 where APPICS started the ICO. The ICO at that time had 5 rounds. The first round was the pre-sale where 12.5 million APX (then XAP) were sold at a price of $0.125 each.

Then came Round A where 25 million APX were offered at $0.1304 each. Round B was offered at $0.1363, round C at $0.1428 and round D at $0.15.

The APPICS ICO brought in about $4.2 million.

IN APP VALUE OF APX

Many people ask themselves why the price on the stock exchanges is different from the price in the app, that is because in the app the price is fixed at 0.15$. 0.15$ because it was the last ICO price.

The reason why the Appics team fixes your price is because a live course tracker requires an API (Application Programming Interface). This means that if the APX token gets an API, the amounts in the app would also change because the API makes sure that you can calculate with the current price.

The API can be obtained from the largest crypto market cap site - Coinmarketcap. This site assigns this API under certain conditions. The requirement is that you are listed on 2 crypto exchanges which are also listed as exchanges on coin market cap.

Recently APX was listed as a pair with Bitcoin on the Hoo Exchange. Hoo itself is also listed on coinmarketcap as a stock exchange. That means Appics/APX only needs a crypto exchange which is also listed on CMC so that the token is listed on CMC and we get the API.

SELL/BUY ADVICE FOR APX TOKEN

So now you know the background about the past and future of the APX token. This post has been given the title "Dont sell APX under 0.15$", because to make our Token Economy work better I suggest you to sell your earned APX for 0.15$.

As previously explained, the price in the app is fixed at $0.15, which means that your rewards will be paid out as if the price was really $0.15. Here is a small example calculation:

Post/Content Value: 100$
Content Creator: 65% = 65$ / 0.15$* = 433.3333 APX
Voter: 25% = 25$ / 0.15$* = 166.6666 APX
Appics: 10% = 10$ / 0.15$* = 66.6666 APX

In this example, the Content Creator receives about 433 APX as a reward for its content. These APX have a value "in the app" of approx. 65$ but on the exchange unfortunately only approx. 13$.

You have to understand that we determine the price on the exchanges through our sales. New APXs are only created through our votes and our content. We get APX at a ratio of $0.15 but the buyers on the exchanges get APX at around $0.03.

We post our content and do the work for the Appics ecosystem and the investors/buyers get it even cheaper and more tokens. Just now we were talking about 433 APX actual value $65. But if a buyer buys APX for $65 on the exchange, he gets about 2100 APX, which is 5 times our reward.

How much is 0.15$ in EOS, BTC, Steem

You can sell APX on Newdex for EOS, for BTC on Hoo and for Steem on Steem-Engine. I will give you today's prices in the respective currency and then the Website to calculate by yourself because if the price of EOS, Steem or Bitcoin increases your selling price will change accordingly but you can of course keep the old price which used to be 0.15$.
