Everybody having an account at Steem can create accounts. No STINC required. Each nee account need to hold a little Steem, not sure what the minimum is, maybe 3 steem? With the tool Steemworld one can create accounts either paying in RC (resource credits) or Steem. Whenever you create a new account for someone else, make sure the pwd / keys are changed by the one you created the account for. This can be done by the real owner through eg Steemworld.
Yes! Thanks for the info... We will be looking to share this information with all users, because most in India are still skeptical of Blockchain and Cryptocurrency... So education & ease of use is the primary task..
Hahaha nothing in crypto space is easy. Will not be for the foreseeable future. Therefore only concentrate on people who like to live life dangerously, or are not scared to easily. All the others, well, they’ll have to wait to enter the crypto universe for a long time to come.
