200 grams roasted peanuts

200 grams roasted chana dal (yellow split peas)

1 tablespoon roasted cumin coriander powder

About 10 green chilies (chopped)

50 grams curry leaves

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

Salt (to taste)

2 tablespoon oil

Preparation-

Roast the flattened rice for ten minutes

In an empty pan, heat oil

Add chopped chilies and fry for about five minutes

Add chopped curry leaves

Add peanuts and chana dal. Roast for five minutes

Add sesame seeds and cumin coriander powder

Add salt

Turn off the heat

Add flattened rice and mix with the other ingredients

Enjoy the Dry Poha !
