I've been looking at a Weber Kettle or the PK Grills when I am ready to get a new one. From what I have seen the PK Grills can be pretty portable and they last a long time.
The mini Weber is pretty good too. You can't do any long projects with it, but it does direct grilling very well, providing even heat across the surface. It also is highly portable.

Yeah, I have a mini Weber, I use it to cook pretty much everything when we go camping. Burgers, brats, steaks, chicken, calzones, etc.
