Not that i like them, but I've read so much about it being one the best foods 💪🏻
So this is a different way of Cooking Eggs, had got bored with the Omlette 😅
Egg Muffins are baked in an Oven 🥚
Add Vegetables to the Egg batter 🍲 and put them into the moulds of Muffins/Cupcakes and Bake them - As simple as that and Very Nutritious 😉😋💚
