Try to eat a high protein food and a lot of vegetables. It helped me to recude cravings for sweet, but for anxiety,I agree that working out is only temporarily solution

I will definitely recommend to some of them, because we try q lot of different things and they didn't work

What kind of high protein food helps you with this? I found that eating low carb helps my anxiety a lot. :-)

You and I both share anxiety disorders. I have tried reducing how often I use deodorant. But still get depressed. Thanks for your story.
