It is all about pump and dump here

So the tank is mostly made of copper and it's where you pour your sulphur based insecticides.

The capacity of the tank is around 15 liters. On the right side is the air pump. You pump air into the tank so the air pressure can dump the insecticides. The pumping mechanisam is usually made of brass. It is unpleasant if you'r not a righty, because the right hand is doing all the work. On the left side we got the extruder, which is also made of brass and is connected with a rubber pipe. So the left hand has the easy job. Back pain is guaranteed and the right arm would be happy if you cut it of after a whole days work with The pump and dump machine. The price on those are around 80 Euros and down for the used once. Unless you want a new, shiny, in take, P.A.D.M. This one is a Vermorel manufacturer by a small family business in 1843, in a small village called Beauregard near Lyon.
