Torafuzar

The next strongest devil is Torafuzar. He is a member of the dark guild Tartaros and also included in the Nine Gate Devil's team. It has a human-like form of a lizard as well as a shark.

Torafuzar has a curse called Tenchi Kaimei which gives it the ability to summon black water and hit the enemy and drown his enemy.

The black water that drowns everything is called the Deep Sea of Hades or the Hades In Sea. This black water has a toxic and substance called carbon, the person who drowned and drank the black water will die five minutes later.

By making the arena of fighting into a sea of black water, Torafuzar became very benefited. It has the ability to breathe in water. Strength also becomes stronger when in this water.
