I Said “Look For Cars” not “Look Behind Me” 😅 - #DogsOfSteemit #DailyPetPhotography
Out for our usual morning walk since it’s been so cold 🥶, a short loop around the school and back home. Practising with Jerry for him to check for cars before he crosses roads particularly when he’s off leash.
He does extremely well at listening 😉 but his interpretation of my commands is usually a little bit off.
In the picture above I gave him the command “look for cars“ and he did stop before getting to the road. Instead of looking for cars on the road 😝 he looked behind me for any potential threats.
He’s a funny dog, he understands so much yet the things he misunderstands are absolutely adorable. Made for a good close up picture 😅 though I was trying to get a shot of him checking for cars.

That it does and we almost match 😅 Mel also has the checkered coat but in blue 😝 we call them Langford dinner jackets!
