When You Call Yourself an Anarchist

you're being violent

It's not that being an Ararchist makes a person violent, it's that when you call yourself that, you're separating yourself from everyone who isn't.

I'm just thinking out loud here but wouldn't we be better off to focus on right from wrong and keep things simple in an effort to find more common ground.

By the time we align ourselves with complicated philosophies, there's too many rules and less common ground when we've never needed solidarity more.

We're only hurting ourselves with these labels.

We already know (most of us) right from wrong.

The only authority over us is the truth and certainly not another human as we have equal rights. Man governs man to man's own injury and government violates every principle we know in our hearts is true.

Government is force and therefore a complete violation of our individual sovereignty and the principles of common sense in any civilized society.

Labels not required to spread this message and are actually a hindrance in reaching the most people.

I agree, we don't need to have a label for ourselves and what we stand for. Let our actions speak for itself. All labeling does is enabling other people to group us in categories.

There's already a lot of division in this world, labeling is just going to add up to it.
