Unfortunately, all you'll find in the world is a choice between more corrupt and less corrupt. I want to be able to live in a place where there's no government corruption because there's no government!
Switzerland is best place to live,but it's almost impossible to become citizen there.This is an example of good government.Sure they have problems,like any,but their citizens live very good life.

Ever heard of The Venus Project or The Ubuntu Party? What do you think of these projects and vision?
I'm aware of The Venus Project and I'm not fond of their ideas. It's a centrally controlled world, it's just that the computers happen to be the rulers.
