Once again the “but philosophy” crap came up as some kind of “argument” discrediting my work. It is just stupid, there is better way to describe it, I’m going to do another video about it to really show how stupid it is.
Suffice to say, if someone makes a claim against you, especially as the legal basis of their claim, then they bear the burden of proving it’s true. To say you can’t challenge the claim because “philosophy” is irrational. It’s the basis of a legal allegation and the rules require the allegation be based on facts.
It is simply a dishonest way to deny confrontation and a fair trial. We can’t make factually unsupported legal claims against a prosecutor and when challenged say, “Sorry dude, now you’re arguing philosophy, my claim is irrefutable, suck it.
