Don't petition, protest or object to governments, reject them
Those methods are doomed to fail almost every time
What we need to do is Reject
We are ruled by words and when we look up the meanings of those words we can start to understand why they have no real power.
Petition - when an inferior begs to a superior, they can just say no
Protest - pro = for & test = experiment , so if you protest you are for the experiment and stand a good chance of being beaten by a pack of thugs in fancy dress
Object - when someone appeals to a superior to have a decision overturned , so again they can just say no
Reject - refuse to accept, submit to or take for some purpose or use
So if you want your words to convey the maximum gravity you have to select the correct words and take the correct course of action.
Send your letters of rejection to your elected officials today. Keep the original letter and send them a copy. Send them on mass and send them via registered mail.
This video starts a bit slow but once he gets on to dealing with governments and police the info he spells out is invaluable.
Not my work but well worth watching.
Language is a funny thing. What a words means to you might not be the same to another person, and if you never question their reaction, you'd never know. How to deal with governments? If I knew that, this would be a different conversation. But I think it's fair to question if how we've done things in the past works, or if we really get the best value by playing by their rules.
