The Treachery of Weapons

The Treachery of Weapons, not unlike The Treachery of Images (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Treachery_of_Images), is a common problem, especially now with the proliferation of the information age. Often times that which is but a facsimile of the real thing, is often blamed, or worse. The betrayal is one's own assumption through perception. It is what it is, but it is not what we necessarily name it. Language, moreso here, imagery, is not the dictator, but the facilitator of communication. It is not the weapon, it is the image of a weapon. It is not the AR-15, but the shooter whom many fear. The shear absurdity of personifying innate objects and images with the personal responsibility of man's perception is palpable... and now wearable. Enjoy.
