Thoughts from my 6-year-old son, John Taylor Gatto, and John Lennon, on the cancer that is authoritarianism, and the abusive nature of compulsory schooling.

How can we heal the world? Heal ourselves. How can we abolish the state? Refuse to inculcate its abusive doctrines, cult programming and mindless, heartless fear into the minds and hearts of our children, so they can grow up creative, happy, and free, instead of mindless, violent, depressed, and broken.
