I would like to cordially invite you to another great week of the Amazing Nature Contest. There were already so many excellent entries regarding how amazing nature can be in the past episodes and there is still so much more to see ^^ .. To participate in #amazingnature just create a post that shows how amazing nature is for you personally. This can be anything from a beautiful flower or animal to an astonishing sunset.

What is the Purpose of the Contest ?

I am a huge lover of nature and really enjoy to take pictures of all the lovely things that surround me every day, no matter if those are plants, animals or landscapes. I found steemit to be a brilliant place to find and watch nature pictures from all over the world. There is such a diversity of great content out there, thanks to all of you, from different perspectives and out of various motivations. I would like to collect all those beautiful snapshots and their amazing stories in a weekly compilation so that you can all benefit from the beauty that we are facing all the time, but so often are not able to appreciate in the modern times we are living in.

Contest Rules :

As this is a proper contest be so kind and follow those simple contest rules. Otherwise, to stay fair to those who do, I have to disqualify you from the winning places !

• Use #amazingnature as first tag and topic of the post and CLEARLY MENTION that your post is an ENTRY for this contest. This assures that this contest can grow and reach out to as many nature lovers as possible.
• All pictures that you use in your post have to be your own. You can use the amazing nature banner if you like or create your own.
• Clearly STATE why those pictures are representing YOUR AMAZING NATURE. This is an essential part of this contest.
• Drop the LINK to your post IN THE COMMENTS below so all participants can find it easily and fully enjoy this weekly collection. You can add a picture if you like.
• Please submit only one post per contest. Of course you can do more, but I will stick to one entry per steemian.

The winner of this weeks contest is @kaminchan. In his entry post he tells us how a simple twenty minutes walk by the river is all that he need to feel wholesome again. After a very intense week for him, both, emotionally and spiritually he is wondering about his role to bring truth and awakening in a world full of misleading belief systems. A problem that we are all facing and that puzzles us all. After this has taken a lot of energy from inside of him he seek out the wonderful nature, the sunset by the river, for her healing power. Just a simple gaze at the setting sun, feeling the orange light with solar energy on his face and the stabilising vibration from earth surrounding hin, isenough for his breathing to slow diwn. This wonderful nature is always full of loving and kindness, being so willing to give healing energy to all that come to seek solace and peace in the soul. Thank you for this amazing entry !!

In this entry by @mysteriousroad we can all learn something about the benefits of meditation and the role of nature that can aid us in this. She reminds us of paying attention to natures shapes and colours which hide everywhere, in the clouds, treeshape, leaves on the tree, flowers , water, birds, noise of birds, the sound of your breath and any other stuffs. She also explains to us this awesome everyday mindfulness exercise you can all do out there in nature and also the beneficials of bringing your attention to the present moment, which are a growing awareness of destructive thoughts, which reminds you not to overreact to the negative thoughts. Practice of mindfulness exercise and cultivating a connection with nature may increase your happiness and reduce stress. Thank you for this great entry !

Here we have the first entry of @atomcollector to this contest, where he shows us this beautiful bracken which he found. He was so amazed by the the fantastic fractal patterns of this plant that have remained unchanged for thousands of years. It really is a beautiful snapshot that you got there. Thank you for sharing this with us all. I find it so amazing what nature created in just a few billion years. Nature is such an outstanding creator !
