Aloo Malai Kofta is delicious and finger-licking North Indian instruction that not solely fills your abdomen however additionally satiates your soul. Try it.
Ingredients of Aloo Malai Kofta
2 tomato
2 tablespoon ginger
2 tablespoon tomato puree
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves
1 tablespoon drawn butter
1 teaspoon black cardamom
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
4 potato
1/2 teaspoon corn flour
1 cup refined oil
3 cup water
4 inexperienced hot pepper
1/2 teaspoon red hot pepper powder
1/2 tablespoon honey

1 cinnamon stick
1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
1/4 cup paneer

How to build Aloo Malai Kofta
Step 1
Start by putting a pan with water over medium flame and add potatoes to that. Once the potatoes have poached, take them aloof from flame and peel them. Next, take an oversized bowl mash the potatoes and paneer in it. Add the grated carrots, the inexperienced hot pepper, corn flour and salt during this and blend all the ingredients well. Once this combine is prepared, build tiny balls of it and set these aside.
Step 2
Meanwhile, place a pan over high flame and add refined oil to that. Once the oil has het, one by one, add the balls in it and fry them till they flip golden brown and tender. Once done, place these balls during a plate lined with absorbent paper to absorb the surplus oil.
Step 3
To make the grave, add drawn butter during a pan and place it over medium flame. Once the drawn butter has liquid, add the cinnamon stick, herb and black cardamom in it. Saute them till you'll be able to smell the aroma so add within the ginger paste at the side of garlic paste in it. Keep intermixture these ingredients so they do not follow the pan. Next pour within the shredded tomatoes, at the side of salt and water and stir. Keep stirring and blend the gravy well. Once done, strain the gravy through the filter during a bowl and set it aside.
Step 4
Now, heat butter in pan over medium flame and add the strained tomato gravy at the side of tomato puree, dried fenugreek leaves, honey and red hot pepper powder. combine these well and let it return to a boil. Once it thickens, add cream to that and stir it perpetually. Next, add within the koftas and let it cook for a few time.
Step 5
To serve, transfer the aloo malai kofta during a bowl and garnish it with some onions rings at the side of coriander leaves. Relish it with some flatbread or rice and enjoy!
