RE: Steemit Basic Income Giveaway (Words)

Honor

This is by far my favorite word. When men first learned of honor it changed how we would act. This code meant that you could not steal or cheat or do things that happened a lot. You can look at a man and ask him if he has honor and if he doesn't he will quake at the question you can see it in them. Well most of them.

#Hate
This comes for the fact that this word is used to much. I hate this I hate that man do you just hate it when you drop your beer. Hate is suppose to be used only for a deep intense dislike. It should almost never need to be said. And it should hold a lot more meaning that it does.

Thank again @Bengy this is away fun.

Sort:

Honour is a great word and concept (even if Americans work it wrong...)! Sadly I think that the concept of honour is in shorter supply, at least in public, than it used to be. To me, it means to take responsibility, and to apply an equal code of respect to everyone.

The word 'hate', I really agree with you. It is completely overused. Often for the minor annoyances... I agree that it should be for things that disgust you to the core of your being....
