Compañeros de Steemit saludos a todos, para hoy les tengo preparado otra receta sabrosisima y es nada más que Bollos Pelones Aliñados, Rellenos de Carne Molida. Espero que los disfruten y se animen a hacer.
INGREDIENTES PARA LA MASA:
- 2 Tasas de Harina Pan, para hacer 4 bollos grandes
- Agua
- Sal al gusto
- Pimentón o ají, picados en cuadritos
- Cebollino y cilantro (Al gusto de cada quien).
PREPARACIÓN DE LA MASA:
Se licua el pimentón rojo y otro verde (medianos), un poco de cebollin y cilantro, así quedará con un bonito color, aparte de un sabor muy especial y diferente al de costumbre de pura masa sola. Esto se le agrega a la harina pan y se amasa todo.
INGREDIENTES DEL RELLENO:
- 250 Gramos de Carne Molida
- Sal
- Pimienta
- Tomate (previamente picado en trocitos)
- Pimentón
- Cebollin
- Cilantro.
PREPARACIÓN DEL RELLENO:
Sofreír todos los aliños con los respectivos ingredientes, agregar la carne y remover a su punto, hacer la bola de masa hueca, rellenar y cerrar . Envolver bien en el plástico (puede ser en forma de bolsita o tetica) y sancochar.
Aparte se puede combinar haciendo una guasacaca de aguacates, pimentón, ají picante (opcional) , cebollin, cilantro y una pizca de sal.
