another version of the chicken lettuce wraps.
Three tablespoons oil
Two boneless skin-less chicken breasts
One cup water chestnut
Two third cup mushroom
Three tablespoons chopped onions
One teaspoon minced garlic
four or Five leaves iceberg lettuce
Special Sauce
One fourth cup sugar
One half cup water
Two tablespoons soy sauce
Two tablespoons rice wine vinegar
Two tablespoons ketchup
One tablespoon lemon juice
One fiveth teaspoon sesame oil
One tablespoon hot mustard
Two teaspoons water
One or two teaspoon garlic and red chile paste
Two tablespoons soy sauce
Two tablespoons brown sugar
One half teaspoon rice wine vinegar
The Directions : --
The special make sauce by dissolving the sugar in water in a small bowl. Now add the soy sauce rice wine vinegar ketchup lemon juice and sesame oil. It's mix well and refrigerate this sauce until you are ready to serve. Next combine the hot water with the hot mustard and set this aside as well. It's eventually add your desired measurement of mustard and garlic chili sauce to the special sauce mixture to pour over the wraps. The Bring oil to high heat in a wok or large frying pan. The saute chicken breasts for 4 to 5 minutes per side or done. After that remove chicken from the pan and cool. It oil in the pan keep hot. As chicken cools mince water chestnuts and mushrooms to about the size of small peas. The prepare the stiri fry sauce by mixing the soy sauce. The brown sugar's and rice vinegar together in a small bowl. The chicken when cools mince it as mushrooms and water chest nuts are with the pan still on high heat, add another Tbsp of vegetable oil. Add chicken, garlic, onions, water chestnuts and mushrooms to pan. Add stir fry sauce to pan, saute mixture a couple minutes then serve in lettuce leaves.

Hey if anyone wants to know the original recipe for the "special sauce" (I have to know it because I waitress at a PF Chang's) It's made with: sesame oil, chili oil, soy sauce, white vinegar, sugar, water, and green onions. then you can add hot mustard .
