Art for Kids for you to do at home...how to draw an Easter Bunny. Happy Easter 2019 Everyone!

This video will show an easy, simplistic, yet colourful drawing of a cute and happy Easter Bunny with an Easter Egg and a Flower.

It is almost Easter Weekend and we are drawing an Easter Bunny with a big Easter Egg for you, easy to follow.

This drawing is done with only a Fineliner and coloured pencils and a little bit of soft pastel. There is no need to invest in expensive materials to get a good result. We add some extra shading using a very soft pencil, 8B or 9B, that can easily be 'smudged' to give a smooth effect where we require some optical 'depth'. We use an art cotillion but you can use earbuds or even soft tissue paper to do the smudging. We 'fix' the drawing by spraying it with a fixative that will prevent it from further smudging. Our fixative is actually just hairspray which works adequately. Where we live we do not have easy access to artists fixatives.
