Here is my latest Episode of "What the Hemp". I'm discussing North Dakota's Measure 3 - the marijuana legalization and automatic expungement initiative, Some Alabama counties Banning CBD oil, and a New poll that found the majority of Americans endorse legalization.

According to National survey data compiled by Harris insight and Analytics 85% of Americans believe that marijuana should be legalized for medical use and 57% of respondents endorse regulating it for anyone over the age of 21.

How about just resend prohibition and just leave government out of it? I mean, do you really want the very same government who has profited from jailing you, fining you and charging you with a crime to enjoy the tax benefits of legalization?
Sure, with legalization, we may not get arrested any more but for those of us who never got caught, will forever we will be fined umpteen % every time they want to smoke….

But Let's talk about North Dakota Measure 3... the marijuana legalization and automatic expungement initiative.

OVERVIEW: 4 bullet points

Individuals over the age of 21 could not be prosecuted in any court for charges relating to any nonviolent marijuana related activity, including growing, selling, Distributing, smoking, and more.
if anybody under the age of 21 is caught with marijuana it would be the same charge as if they were a minor in possession of alcohol.

The measure would also amended the definition of drug paraphernalia in the North Dakota Century code to mean only paraphernalia for controlled substances that are not marijuana. In other words, equipment for the use, cultivation, ingestion, and storing of marijuana would not be considered drug paraphernalia under this measure.

OH and under the measure, anyone would have the right to sue the state for damages if the state fails to properly expunge the records and it would eliminate the state's immunity from damages resulting from expungement lawsuits!!!

And of course the only parties that oppose this measure are;
North Dakota Peace Officers Association
Fargo police chief David Todd
Cass County Sheriff Paul Laney.

You know, I don’t like how they give the excuse, “We don’t make the laws, we just enforce them” Yet publicly stand against changing the law.

*Angie Hamilton Assistant district attorney for Lauderdale County, Alabama announced in a press conference that authorities will crack down on the sale and use of CBD oil.

The Lauderdale drug task force is asking business owners to call and make arrangements to have the oil products picked up.... And they promise they won't arrest you….yeah… I've heard that before....

Tim Glover, director of the Lauderdale drug task force was quoted, "

“We’re hearing people say it’s legal, no one is getting hurt, it’s a good way to make money. It is illegal, and it’s a good way for these people to go to jail.”

What is wrong with these people! The only way you are ever going to get a jury to convict someone for possessing CBD is if you rig the trial and put the family members of your brothers in blue on the jury - Just like they did to Steven Avery. People are waking up to the mass corruption!

But i wouldn’t worry too much about this. Their house of cards is about to fall and they no longer control the narrative. I feel that this will be successfully won in court.
