Today is the time to stop and take a deep breath at such a solemn moment as it is to thank Our Lord as He alone deserves, because He is our Father Almighty Our Father I want to thank you for all the blessings that I have received every day of my life and those that I receive instant after instant. Thank you very much!
You gave me life, you gave me a good family and good friends, and I want to thank you for that and therefore you give me.
Your blessings on me are countless and I would not know how to show you my gratitude.

History has shown that those with an optimistic outlook on life are generally those who find success.

For me, changing my mental attitude from a negative to a positive resulted in a completely different lifestyle, both personally and professionally. When I changed my mentality and increased my positivism, I went from having multiple startups failed and a state of depression to start a successful applications business.

Here I share five tips that helped me to free myself from the negative mentality and to be more positive:

Express gratitude. One of the easiest ways to increase your positivism is by expressing gratitude. Be grateful for what you currently have. That immediately releases any negativity you are holding. Gratitude instantly puts you in touch with the feeling of love. Where love resides, fear and all negative denials disappear.

The best and simplest way to implement gratitude in your life is to express it every morning. When you get up, express 10 things that you appreciate. This list can be said aloud or in your mind, but it must be very detailed and come from your heart. Closing your eyes can also help.

Be generous. Many times, negative feelings are caused by focusing on the perceived negative aspects of your life. You can instantly change this feeling by being generous with others.

Share your skills with the people around you. If someone seeks advice, give it to them. Do not doubt your value. Even the smallest gestures and the shared thoughts can cause a massive change in the perspective of other individuals.

Control your breathing It has been said that those who have the ability to control their breathing have the ability to control their life. In many ways, this argument is true. Think back to all the times when you lost control. What happened to your breathing pattern? When you get angry, your breathing becomes shorter and faster. If you control your breathing, you can understand and change your negative emotions.

Whether in a silent space or during meditation, practice following your breath. As you inhale (through the nose), feel the air enter your body and go deep into your lungs. When you reach the deepest part, feel the air leave your body (through your mouth) and release any tension.

Gratitude is perhaps the most powerful and positive tool for success. When you are grateful for all the wonderful things and people in your life, the challenges you face seem significantly less important and are resolved more easily.
