NBA Power Rankings: Houston to No. 1 after near-flawless November

The Houston Rockets are ranked the number one team in basketball right now.
Although the Celtics have the best record write now, some say houston is playing the best basketball as of now. James Harden and Chris Paul were hyped up to be a huge duo, and with great three and D guys like Trevor Ariza and Eric Gordon, they have the best squad in basketball.
