Taste with me #4 - The fresh-caught seafood at Sai Kung Seafood Street, Hong Kong 🦀 跟我一起去香港西贡海鲜街吃美食

When you think of seafood meal in Hong Kong, Sai Kung Seafood Street is definitely one of your best choice! Many seafood restaurants line up the pier, offering the freshnest seafood possible.

My Hong Kong friends recommended me this restaurant name Chuen Kee. This restaurant was chosen by the Michelin Food Guide 7 years in a row, it is an excellent choice for some fantastic fresh seafood in Sai Kung. They usually offer the Seafood set menu (minimum for 2 persons) which includes the Hong Kong favourites: steamed fish, boiled or stir-fried shrimp, baked lobster, etc. You also can try 4 dishes or more depending on the size of your group (the more the merrier). 😊

The gigantic fish tanks first captured my attention. The tanks brimming with all sorts of live sea creatures are quite a sight. I started to select their seafood, sometimes the servers have to climb over the tanks to get to it...

Then, weight and discuss how to prepare it, you can choose how you want it to be cooked? Braised, fried, steamed, with chili, garlic or ginger...

And in less than half and hour meal is served, splendid seafood as fresh as it can be! 😋
