SaiGon Coffee Roastery is my choice.
Hi everybody ! Hello tasteem! I'm subinn. Today, I will introduce you a great selection that is SaiGon Coffee Roastery.
This is a must visit for any coffee lover regardless of you level of knowledge around coffee. The owner and staff are more than happy to explain the different types of beans and brewing techniques.
As a coffee lover, especially a fan of the aero press I searched today for this place. It's true, it is like an little adventure to find it. So here are some hints to make it as easy as possible for you to find it. Google the address, follow the directions to the entrance of the little art gallery alley. Most of the people will enter from the north east side...so walk inside the alley until you hit a "small crossroad" turn left and climb up the stairs. You will see signs which point you in the right direction. So not to hard after all ;). The place is a real nice café. The staff is skilled and the result in your cup is excellent. I just can speak for the aero press...but it's a tough one to make and easy to screw up. I was more then satisfied and will come back! Thank you SaiGon Coffee Roastery it has been a pleasure !
The staff here was by far the most friendly out of every coffee shop we visited in HCMC (and we went to a few). The espresso was delicious, the setting was very nice, and the barista knowledgeable.
This is the best of the best place where you can taste the Real Coffee in HCM city. Beside the extra flavor of coffee, you can see the owner show his skills to make a Latte ( Drawing/ Art on Coffee).
For me, it is not only interested but also a good experience. Cause you can learn by experience to do a coffee by yourself.
That's why i really love this place.
