There are a few countries around the world where Youtube is Banned. It really seems unbelievable but its 100% true. Some countries banned forever while some banned for Temporary. Every country has some particular reason behind.

Iran and UAE- The UAE, as well as Iran, are blocking YouTube due to their standard censorship of "offensive material".

Morocco- Morocco has had YouTube banned because of videos that mock the Moroccan king as well as some pro-Western Sahara clips - until today.

Thailand- A similar on and off situation is found in Thailand, which blocks/bans/sues YouTube every time a new clip which mocks their king appears.

Brazil - Brazil, like Turkey, has had a nationwide YouTube ban due to a court order.

Pakistan: In September 2012, Pakistan blocked YouTube after the site reportedly refused to take down an anti-Islam video that sparked protests in the country.

North Korea: Internet is highly restricted in North Korea including Youtube.

Eritrea: According to Reporters Without Borders, in 2011, two of the country’s major internet service providers blocked YouTube

China: China blocked Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube in 2009. It is said that Youtube banned was temporary.
