What can your body language tell you about in background? You could say words but the most powerful things with your language is what your body says. Scientist say that 60 percent of the communication is affected by body language.
Have you ever notice persuasion techniques in sales people? They use their body language effectively and makes you feel you are getting the perfect product.

What is Body Language Then?

Body language is a message given with your position of your body, your arms, and facial mimics.
In other words, your body support or deny your words with its movements. Sometimes your body tells more than your words and it is international.

What Your Body Language Could Tell

Your body could tell anything especially it shows how your mood and psychology. Let’s give some examples about body language:

• Open to listening: Bowing the head into front and keeping your chin with your hands.

• Friendly feeling: Often smiling, eye contact, and opening jacket’s button.

• Approving: Touching to shoulder

• Deep thinking: Scratching the upper side of nose

• Disappointment: Clapping your hand and punching the table

• Rejection: Touching to nose with finger or closing jacket’s button

• Defensive: Keeping your arms crossed within chest level

• Stalling: Cleaning the glasses, touching the pen to lips

Communicating with words are people choice, but body language show everything you want to hide. It could be misleading, but not a silent.

There another discussion about body language changes by being a woman or a man. Some people think they have different roles and could have different body language style. However, latest researches show that there no such a distinction and they are human at all. They have a similar body response for similar feelings.

There are small differences between woman and man in body language but that does not make a change in the general concept.

Learning body language gives you more confidence and you say what you want to say more efficient way. Therefore, knowing some is beneficial. However, there could be some exceptions in some situations, so it does not mean you are certain about each body response meaning.
