TEXT: Proverb : 15:23-24. "A man hath joy by the answer of his mouth, and a word spoken in due season, how good it is ."
"The way of life is above to the wise, that he may depart from hell beneath ".

Joy is a strong feeling of happiness, a manifestation of happiness through an outward rejoicing or excitement.To the people who don't know Jesus those definition is true.But to the Christian, something different applies. The outward rejoicing comes from an inward satisfaction that I know Jesus Christ. Wisdom is the right application of knowledge .
Eccl 8:1b
"A man's wisdom maketh his face to shine and the boldness of his face shall be changed. "
This verse gave me this Insight
"Only a Wise man can have the understanding of joy "
I REFUSE TO BE A FOOL, JOY TO THE WISE.JOY TO ME.
The reason why the wise possess joy is that they work to bring joy to the people around them and not themselves alone. Who are the wise? Prov 10:8a
"A wise in heart will receive commandments ".
In life,we will have tribulation, hard times,storm of will rise, sorrow, weeping, the wind will blow, difficulty,things won't go as you planned it .But the things that God has provided for us in the hard times of this life is JOY.(Psalm 30:5)
A hymn writer says Trust and obey for there's no other way to be happy in Jesus but trust and obey
There is joy to the wise for those who have Inward and outward rejoicing. A wise in heart who will receive him.

Be wise today,so you can enjoy the inward and outward rejoicing."Only the fear of God Can give you fullness of Joy.
