There is a relationship between the hormones associated with breastfeeding and male breast stimulation. When a woman breastfeeds her baby, a neurochemical oxytocin (love drug), floods her brain, helping her to focus her attention and affection on her baby.

During nipple stimulation, the same part of the brain is affected as while vaginal stimulation and oxytocin released causes s3xual arousal in women, making her focus on her partner during the act.
