SANER Leadership
Strengthens; supportive; smarter; sincere; sustainable system: One is not a true leader, until/ unless, he consistently focuses on, and stresses, strengthening his organization, on a regular, consistent basis! Will you proceed, in a supportive manner, focused on the best interests of the organization? A smarter leader must look deeply into the possibilities, and consider alternatives and options, with an open - mind! He must prioritize, acting in a supportive way, and be truly sincere, rather than merely saying, he is! One does not make a real difference, for the better, unless/ until, he prioritizes the best interests of his group and constituents, and conceives and perceives of, creates, develops, and implements a truly, sustainable system!
Attention; articulate; attitude; aptitude: Often, what differentiate a sane leader, from the rest of the pack, is their ability and willingness, to pay keen attention to details, and what's necessary, and needed! One must maintain a positive, can - do, attitude, even when it might be simpler, and/ or easier, to take the easier course/ path! Skills must be effectively honed, and it's essential to develop the aptitude, a great leader, needs! You can't bury your head, in the sand, but, rather, one must articulate his vision, even when it is challenging!
