Clinical and Pathological Analysis of the Kidney in Patients with Hypertensive Nephropathy
This article is an article which evaluates the pathological characteristics in various patients with clinical hypertensive nephropathy. Chronic benign hypertensive patients exhibited benign arteriolar nephrosclerosis, hyaline degeneration of the renal artery and a thickened wall of the renal artery. Severe cases showed fibrinoid necrosis of the afferent arteriole and arcuate artery together with intimal hyperplasia.
