Sin and Justice
The Justice of God
From the beginning of everything the justice of God is evident, first with Adam and Eve at the moment of their disobedience they were judged and expelled from Eden; God therefore had to judge them. Second in the world corrupted in the time of Noah sent a flood casstigando at that time the evils and blasphemies of that time. In the third aspect, God also judged Sodom and Gomorrah through a volcanic catastrophe, because of their abominations. Finally God also judged the Egyptian foremen of the Israelites, sending against them the ten plagues. In the new testament we find the judgment that God made to the Jews for rejecting Christ in Matthew 21: 43-45, on the other hand is the judgment and punishment of Ananias and Sapphira for lying to the offerings, also to Herod for his pride, to Elymas for opposing the gospel. All this makes it clear to us that God is a God of Justice and that every act that is not correct and attentive to the divine and the commands of the Lord is condemned with severity.
Psalm 37:28 Because the Lord loves justice and he does not abandon those who are faithful to him. The Lord will protect you forever, but it will end the offspring of the wicked.
The justice of God is one of the manifestations of himself since God is just. For justice is always in our lives, and although through his word and the sacrifice of Jesus on the Cross we are justified and considered righteous before God by his grace, but we do not enjoy the benefits of justice, because the same must be established in our lives on a daily basis and making it a characteristic goodness of man but the evil that lives between us does not separate from that truth, making us sin, fall into temptation, desire money, luxuries, goods and material things that simply take us away of the grace of the father, making life in many cases unjust, causing inequality between brothers and discord, all this for not knowing how to be just as Jehovah wants the Lord to be, because by grace of Jesus his only son we are saved of his anger and his severe justice.
You, on the other hand, man of God, flee from all that, and make an effort to follow justice, piety, faith, love, perseverance and humility. 1 Timothy 6:11
In the laws, the prophets, the books of wisdom, the words of Christ and the apostolic writings, in them the justice of God is very present. Mosaic legislation was applied with severe corrections through direct providential action when the people broke the law. In the prophetic books is firstly the exposition and the application of the law and the Justice of God where the threats of judgment are constant and are accompanied by the promise of restoration and salvation if there really is a sincere and sincere repentance, in parts of the old testament dare to speak of God as a righteous man, whereas in the new testament God is spoken of as love, since the judgments and justice of God bring with them a sign of love for those who wish to do so, because the judgments of God cleanse the filth, purify you and sanctify you renew you and have the condition that the Lord can deposit his glory in an incorruptible body, full of peace, love, wisdom and with the true notion of justice and of what are the causes and consequences of it. Thanks and regards to you.
The one who goes after justice and love find life, prosperity and honor. Proverbs 21:21
