One of the first thing that I leaned about the Questra World through a video on their website is that Jose Manuel Gilabert is the company’s CEO. There is no other information displayed on the website about the company’s management. There is a corporate address that is based in Madrid Spain. But I found that the same address is used by an AirBnB website that advertises one bedroom apartments. The club’s domain was registered on June 30th, and it lists the owner as Questra Holdings.

The company’s domain is ‘sequestrates’ however it is no longer in use. I also found that Belgium Financial Services and Markets Authority had cautioned people about this company as early September 2016. It is worth noting that the company is banned in Belgium from providing banking and investment services.
