Overview:

Apollon aims to develop Blockchain infrastructure services which can integrate at commercial level. Th APO platform will support all the business applications and will also enhance the user experience with the help of blockchain technology. This platform will make use of Byzantine fault-tolerant (BFT) consensus and Delegated Proof-of-Stake (PoS), zero-knowledge proofs etc to provide high security and low processing cost. Apollon will also carry out cross chain interaction which means that different blockchains will be able to connect with each other.

APO Platform:

Below are the offerings of APO platform:

• If a service provider holds a particular number of APO coins then the platform allows the service provider to built an e-Shop on the platform.
• The platform will give higher security to the service provider with the help of BFT-DPOS mechanism. The e-shop operators and its customers will also receive incentives from the platform.
• The service operator can also enhance the user experience by developing applications for games, chat etc. These applications will run on side chains.
• The operators also get additional benefit from APO platform as the operators can develop their own customer’s payment and clearing system.
• Other cryptocurrencies will also be supported by Apollon blockchain.
• The APO platform also supports trading which can be done directly without the interference of third parties. This reduces the transaction costs.

Apollon Double Pass Structure:

The APO platform will consist of double layer blockchain structure which will have two digital currencies. The APO coin will be the primary digital currency whose value may differ over time. The other crypto currency will be LCASH. The LCASH will be used by merchants who want to issue their own coins. The merchants will be able to issue the LCASH only after they deposit certain amount APO coins in the platform. LCASH will have a constant value.

He graduated from Imperial College London (UK) with major in Computer Science, Alan worked in IBM (UK) Laboratory specialized in CICS/SNA research and development for five years. Subsequently in 1985 he started his career in China by joining Digital Equipment Corp’s Beijing Office. In 1990 China HP (Hewlett-Packard) appointed him as Director of Sales.

Robin Fan – CTO
Robin holds bachelor degree of science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and master of law from Renmin University China. • There are 11 advisors for this project having backgrounds in fields such as gaming industry, blockchain etc.
• The whitepaper is properly structured and explained in simple language.

Cons:
• This project has low social media reach. It has around 1400 followers on Twitter and around 3300 members on Telegram.
• The core and advisory team should include more members with blockchain experience. The advisory team does not seem to have relevant experience according to the project.
• The MVP of this project is not currently available.
• Information about the partnership of this project is not yet available.
